Key Responsibilities
* Manage and complete reports for the Regional Director and Sales Operations Directors
* Coordinate meeting spaces and set up for Regional Managing Directors/Sales Operations Directors
* Facilitate and organize large-scale Store Manager & Area Manager meetings
* Provide administrative support to Regional Director and Sales Operations Directors
* Compile and coordinate information from Head Office and Regional Distribution departments
* Review and authorize invoices
* Manage stationary and uniform orders for regional distribution centre and stores
* Distribute internal and external mail

Benefits
* Salary: €35,500 rising to €48,000 after 3 years
* Holiday entitlement: 20 days per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
