Job Description
Circle K is now hiring for a Full-time, Supervisor position. The Successful Candidate will work on a 37.5-hour weekly contract (5 days per week) and be fully flexible to work throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead shifts and manage a diverse team.
* Serve customers and provide exceptional customer service.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and merchandising in the store.
* Prepare food and coffee, and generate sales leads for our fuel card team.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail.
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high standards.
* Able to work with and lead a diverse team.
* Takes ownership for personal and team success.
* Ambitious self-starter always seeking personal growth.
