Ensure timely payment processing and liaise with the payments team.
Source suppliers and handle quotation requests as needed.
Assist with travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements.
Manage visitor and candidate protocols, including inductions and work completion reports.
Support HR administration, including recruitment tasks and employee access management.
Maintain records for lockers, access badges, and time-tracking systems.
Assist with facilities administration.
Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and audit standards.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role or a business administration qualification.
ERP system experience preferred.
Strong background in purchasing and procurement is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
