Desktop Support Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless ICT operations.
Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd level support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.
* Aid in the rollout of Desktop OS and applications, including testing and documentation.
* Assist in IT and business projects such as SharePoint administration and endpoint security configuration.
Requirements
* Possession of industry certifications and relevant experience is mandatory.
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11) and MAC OS.
* Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
