Senior People Partner - Employee Relations
We are partnering with Northern Ireland's leading public transport provider to assist with the appointment of a new Senior People Partner role, situated within their expanding Employee Relations team.
The successful applicant will report to the Head of Employee Relations and work as part of the Employee Relations Team supporting various Divisional Business Heads in implementing the strategy.
Role Context
This role encompasses a major strategic element of the successful delivery of the organisational Employee Relations strategy.
The post holder will help shape the strategic Employee Relations agenda, working with the Head of Employee relations, wider HR team and senior managers in the business.
The operating environment is characterised by fast-paced change with a highly unionized workforce represented by numerous bargaining units and Trade Unions.
As an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will be a subject specialist influencing the development of corporate ER policy and practice, reporting to the Head of Employee Relations.

The Person
Experience of managing employee relations and managing the people aspects of change in a unionized environment is essential.
A minimum of a Degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience or a HNC/HND Qualification with at least 5 years' relevant experience is required.
CIPD qualified and experience of working within a Manufacturing / Operations / Construction organisation is preferred.
Experience of contract negotiation, changes in Terms & Conditions is also required.
