Accounts Assistant
We are seeking multiple Accounts Assistants to join our client's team. These roles report directly to the Financial Controller and will work onsite with the finance team, assisting with day-to-day financial operations across the Group.
Primary Responsibilities
* Group VAT Returns
* Group Sales Reconciliation
* Preparation of Accounting Reports
* Group Bank Reconciliations
* Intercompany Reconciliation
* Preparation Letters of Credit/CAD
* Preparation of Sales Reports
* Preparation of Payroll
* Assistance with audit prep
* Accounts Analytics
* Varying projects on an ad hoc basis
Position Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar finance role is required.
* Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software, such as Sage, is necessary.
* Accounts reconciliation and preparation experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
* A willingness to learn and gain experience working in a busy finance department is also required.
* Good problem-solving and analytical skills are crucial.
* The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines is necessary.
