Excellent employment opportunity for an experienced Tendering Engineer to join a team based in Cavan that is a global leader in electrical products, services, and solutions for the utility and industrial sector.
Will be responsible for preparing, managing, and submitting competitive bids for engineering projects. This role involves close coordination with various departments to gather necessary information, analyze project requirements, and develop cost-effective solutions that meet client specifications and standards.
Timely presentation of accurate and professionally delivered tenders and quotations is an integral part of the company's strategy and growth projections, as well as maintaining and developing client relations (will require occasional travel to site visits and client meetings as necessary).

Qualifications and Experience:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant field).
* Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction practices. Proficiency in tendering and cost estimation software (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (PMP, CCP Certs an advantage).
