**Clinical Nurse Manager Role Summary**
The Clinical Nurse Manager is a key position responsible for ensuring high-quality care service delivery and maintaining consistent standards. This role involves working closely with the client, HSE stakeholders, and regional teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Attend meetings with HSE stakeholders as required
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure satisfactory service provision
* Plan and implement initiatives for managed solution services with prospect clients
* Carry out orientation and supervision of new staff as requested
* Deliver assessment protocols to agreed standards
* Maintain accurate documentation on service users' care provision
* Visit clients during service provision, reviewing updates, delivering service, and gathering feedback
* Conduct checks and complete client and staff feedback forms
* Monitor client satisfaction
* Travel throughout the West region as part of a regional team
Requirements:
* Current and in-date ABA registration
* In-date certifications in mandatory courses like Patient Moving & Handling and CPR
* A strong understanding of HIQA standards
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* High attention to detail and proficiency in basic IT systems
