Part-Time Office Administrator
Join a well-established and successful financial services firm in Dublin 4 on a part-time basis.
This role comes with significant responsibility, supporting the Senior Management team by:
1. Managing diaries and calendars
2. Scheduling meetings as required
3. Providing HR support, including maintaining files and records
4. Assisting with Board meeting preparation, including preparing packs and Company Secretary duties
5. Maintaining office supplies
6. Coordinating courier deliveries and document management
As the primary office support staff, you will be responsible for internal communications, IT queries, expense reports, and visitor management. You will ensure calls are answered and visitors are welcomed into the office.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:30am-2:30pm in our Dublin 4 office.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as an Office Administrator, preferably in a financial company.
