Project Worker
A dedicated Social Care Worker is sought to join a well-established homeless and drug service in Dublin 8. The successful candidate will work directly with clients, providing a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support to clients as part of a team.
* Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
* Conduct key working sessions with clients to address their needs and goals.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular reporting.
Requirements:
* Relevant QQI third level 7 or above qualification in social care.
* At least 1 year's full-time experience in low threshold environments or relevant social care settings.
* Strong understanding of issues related to alcohol and drug use, homelessness, and mental health.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy, and practice regarding homelessness and/or drug use.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Experience in key working, care planning, and working with clients with multiple needs.
