Your New Role
This newly created position has been established to support our expansion and reports directly to the Finance Manager, as part of a 6-member finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to contribute to and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
* Compile group financial statements and support audits
* Assist in planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Oversee intercompany accounting and project cost analysis
* Provide financial support to various departments
* Manage GL maintenance and conduct P&L analysis
* Lead and manage finance team members
* Improve financial processes and cost management
* Oversee AR, AP, and payroll processes
* Maintain internal trackers and support non-financial colleagues
* Prepare and file tax returns and compliance documents
You'll Need:
* Fully qualified accountant (Chartered, ACA, ACCA, CPA) with 5+ years' industry experience
* Month-end and business reporting experience
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder interaction skills
* Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
