Role Highlights
* Meet clients to understand their vision and requirements for weddings and events.
* Provide personalised recommendations to ensure client satisfaction.
* Coordinate with hotel departments for seamless event execution.
* Provide on-the-day support for weddings and event
* Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly.
* Work with the sales and marketing teams to promote services.
* Participate in promotional events and activities to attract clients.
* Update event plans, including timelines, layouts, and seating arrangements
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in Wedding and Events Coordination or a similar hospitality role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creativity with attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
