Senior Analyst Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our global pharmaceutical team in a permanent role with a 2-cycle shift.
Position Summary
This position involves conducting analysis as scheduled/requested by the Area Supervisor and utilizing available resources effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Operational: Conduct tests as instructed/scheduled by the area Supervisor, ensuring timely completion. Be aware of daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets, schedule adherence requirements, and Service level agreements (if applicable). Participate in root cause problem solving exercises and troubleshoot equipment as needed. Host scheduling/piloting meetings in absence of Supervisor or as Designated. Review, check, and update relevant documentation. Ensure all equipment is within calibration and maintain it correctly. Practice good housekeeping and GLP practices daily.
* Work co-operatively and flexibly within your department and with other departments. Be prepared to undertake additional tasks as requested to meet operational or business requirements. Contribute positively to the performance culture and effective operation of the laboratory.
Position Requirements
* Essential: Degree in Chemistry/Analytical Science/Pharmaceutical Science or Forensic Science. Strong IT skills, attention to detail, initiative/self-motivation, disciplined approach, good communication skills, and strong positive attitude. Minimum of 3 Years Experience of working within a GMP Laboratory ideally within the Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical Industry.
