The Group is experiencing significant growth due to its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM) of delivering turnkey projects, meaning on-site construction time is kept to a minimum. Role DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Document Controller.
This entry-level position will support the design and tendering of water treatment projects across various sectors such as Industrial, Medical, Municipal, Pharma, and Data Centres.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in project coordination, documentation management, and water treatment, and will be looking to grow their career within a dynamic team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities Assist in managing and maintaining project registers and trackers to ensure projects are on schedule Help prepare, organise, and upload documentation to client's documentation portals as per project requirements Coordinate information from multiple ongoing projects to ensure smooth communication across teams Attend virtual project meetings and assist with taking meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked Support the preparation of Sage quotations and project documentation for client handover Assist in preparing weekly and monthly documentation reports for internal and client review Help manage project documentation milestones and ensure deadlines are met Assist with the preparation of documentation required for ISO audits Maintain regular communication with clients and project team members to ensure project progress is aligned with expectations Collaborate with the project team in the development of conceptual, feasibility, and final designs for water treatment projects.
Required Qualifications and Experience years of experience in a similar role or internship, preferably in water treatment, engineering, or a related field Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly Fluent in English, both oral and written Knowledge of completing PQQ's (Pre Qualifying Questionnaires Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to a wide range of water treatment projects Strong attention to detail and an enthusiastic, proactive approach to tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn MS Project and Sage software Knowledge of basic project coordination and documentation management practices is a plus Eligible to work in the EU with all necessary work permits.
