Lean Innovation Delivery Manager, Dublin

What is the Role:
The Banking landscape is constantly evolving, asking the Group to consider how to better serve customers, improve operational efficiency in a sustainable way while ensuring we deliver on our core strategic pillars focus and values.
Within Group Change, the Lean Innovation function exists to provide services to the Group, in an enduring and sustainable way, with a focus on supporting the Group in solving complex business transformation problems. The initial service focus will be on the establishment and delivery of:
* Lean Operations which will look to improve systems or processes so that Groups services or information can be delivered more efficiently;
* Enterprise Innovation Enablement which will look to support the Group deliver on its Innovation agenda and ambition.
Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will be driving and leading service delivery for the Group with primary responsibilities of this role will are broken down across the key areas:
1. Delivery Execution
* Identifies and works through difficult problems to drive out efficiencies and innovative solutions for Group Business Areas.
* Applies expertise and professional judgement to perform complex assignments and analysis.
* Prepares and presents complex information to senior leaders as part of engagements.
2. Practice Development
* Contribute to evolution of approach and supporting the Community of Practice.
As we grow our team there will be a requirement to lead a team of professionals, this may vary depending on the initiative you are working on.
* 5+ years of industry experience in process improvement and/or operating model assessment & design with experience in delivering tangible improvement benefits.
* Holds improvement (i.e., Lean Competency Scheme 1C/2A or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) or design related professional capabilities and qualifications.
* Proven ability to support business identify and consider new opportunities.
* Mastery of skills across the following domains: stakeholder management, problem solving, design thinking and business writing.
* In depth knowledge of Banking business operations, structure, and strategy.
* Ability to build and maintain trust and relationships across the Groups business lines.
