Global Patient Safety (GPS) Lead Role:
The Global Patient Safety (GPS) Lead serves as the first point of contact for all safety-related issues within a given therapeutic area. They lead the safety strategy and ensure optimal support from within GPS, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver the safety strategy.
This position requires influencing colleagues in a matrix environment and working with senior management. The Director joins Regeneron's scientific organization, impacting drug development, operations, and commercialization globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional Safety Monitoring Team activities
* Represent Global Patient Safety on cross-functional teams
* Proactively develop safety strategies and planning for non-compound specific Global Patient Safety activities
* Act as a resource for medical review for complex ICSRs and other data sources
* Participate in the development and maintenance of relevant SOPs, working practices, and guides
Requirements:
* 10+ years of total relevant experience in PV and/or relevant medical field or equivalent industry experience
* 5+ years of total relevant experience in PV and/or relevant medical field with PharmD / PhD / MD degree required
