The Person: We are currently recruiting for a RestaurantSupervisor to join our Runway 28 team at our rooftop terrace.
You will have very strong organisational and interpersonal skills, key to this important customer-facing role.
You will be hard-working, have a great attitude, and delight in providing excellent customer service.
Your main responsibilities in this role would be to assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our F&B outlets, ensuring all guest requests are met, on time.
You would also assist in the training, development, mentoring, and motivation of the Team.

Annual Tax-saver and Bike to Work scheme offered to all eligible employees Health-related benefits after the qualifying period of service The successful applicant must: Ideally, have at least two years of previous experience within the Hotel / hospitality sector, including delivering food/beverage service Have a calm, efficient, professional and organised approach to your work Demonstrate a willingness to learn, as training will be provided Have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and motivational skills Possess excellent written and spoken English for this key customer-facing role Demonstrate the highest level of attention to detail Be able to work hands-on, as part of a Team, or on your own initiative Ideally, have some familiarity with MEWS and Bizzon Have a good standard of health / level of fitness, and be capable of, and comfortable with, physical activity Be flexible as regards work shifts (as our operation covers Monday to Sunday, early morning until late evening) Specific responsibilities in this role include: Fully participating as a member of the Departmental Management Team Engaging in planning activities as required Delivering (recorded) training as required, in accordance with the Hotel's standards Supervising service, ensuring that we endeavour to offer excellent customer service at all times Providing mentoring and encouragement to the Team Conducting counselling sessions if/as required Being fully familiar with our products and services Engaging in all service-related activities as required, such as set-up and cleaning of our outlets; greeting, seating, and taking orders from guests; serving them promptly and efficiently, etc.
