Waterford Marina Hotel has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist is responsible for checking in/out guests at the Front Office Desk, providing excellent guest satisfaction by answering all guest queries and ensuring an efficient and effective operation in the Front Office Department.
Main Duties:
1. Ensure that all services to the guests as requested are carried out efficiently and on time and are properly recorded and charged.
2. Fully ensure that any discrepancies are resolved or reported.
3. Ensure the security of the hotel to the standard set by the hotel.
4. Check billing instructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy and minimize room rebates.
5. Ensure all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently.
6. Action/deal with any complaints/queries expressed by guests, informing the Manager on Duty and asking for assistance when necessary.
