Your new role
As an Insurance Account Executive specialising in Personal Lines, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive tailored insurance solutions that meet their individual needs. You will manage and grow a portfolio of personal lines accounts, providing expert advice, handling renewals, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities are:
1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
2. Providing exceptional customer service.
3. Conducting comprehensive reviews of clients’ insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options.
4. Managing policy renewals, amendments, and claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
5. Identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services.
6. Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings.
7. Collaborating with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
8. Achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of the Irish insurance market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite. APA or CIP qualification preferred.
