Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Operator to join our client's team in Swords, Co. Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with the manufacturing operations group, project design team, CQV team, and automation/CSV representatives to develop and validate the manufacturing facility.
* Support equipment design/Hazard Operability study reviews and room programming activities.
* Contribute to delivering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for EHS metrics, production planning, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), compliance, and team training.
* Execute commercial manufacturing processes according to established work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
* Generate SOPs/electronic batch records.
* Foster a culture of Right First-Time principles.
* Provide assistance and support to maintenance, engineering, quality, or other colleagues as required.
* Elevate issues appropriately to the Process Lead.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a GMP-manufacturing environment, which can be deemed equivalent to relevant qualifications.
Working Conditions:
The role involves a 24/7 pattern, with a competitive hourly rate of €17.91, before shift allowance.
