The Role - start date September 2024:
1. Consultative, end-to-end B2B sales role
2. Two office days in Dublin and three days on the road - note, plenty of travel is required with overnight stays
3. Full ownership of territory with a variety of clients
4. Variety of work to include new business, inbound and repeat business, relationship management, market analysis and strategic planning
5. 4-8 weeks training on product demos, sales techniques, shadowing meetings and learning how to close deals
6. Ongoing mentoring and development - progression to team leadership within three years and area management in five years with formal qualifications in management training
Package:
7. Salary of €37.3K + €2350 area allowance
8. Quarterly bonuses – guaranteed to be a minimum €5.7K in year one
