Finance Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Driving Business Performance: The Finance Manager will be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify areas of improvement and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
* Business, Commercial, and Financial Analysis: This person will conduct thorough financial and commercial analyses to inform business decisions and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
* Financial Management and Reporting: The Finance Manager will oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Governance and Risk: This individual will assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's assets are protected and its interests are represented.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualification is required, along with PQE in a Corporate Finance or Financial Management role.
* Commercial and Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of commercial and financial principles is essential, including financial appraisal experience.
