HR Generalist Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client's team in Longford. This role will provide comprehensive support across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trusted Advisor: Act as the go-to HR partner for managers and employees, providing expert guidance and resolving HR-related queries.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
3. Talent Development: Support managers in identifying workforce needs and implementing talent development strategies.
4. Employee Relations: Advise managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and welfare meetings.
5. HR System Management: Oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of HR systems.
6. Compliance & Reporting: Monitor HR metrics, manage visa and work permit applications, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
7. Engagement & Recognition: Develop and execute initiatives that foster employee engagement, morale, and recognition.
8. Continuous Improvement: Lead HR improvement projects and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Requirements
* Qualifications & Experience: HR qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
* HR Systems Expertise: Proven experience in HR system implementation and optimization.
* Employment Law Knowledge: Solid understanding of compliance requirements and best practices.
