Customer Service Administrator - Galway My Client, A market leader who offers companies a one-stop solution for a vast range of packaging requirements is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team based in Galway. The CSA will report to the Commercial Manager and play a central role in the continuing development of our business. Our diverse customer base ranges from large multinationals in the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Industries to Blue Chip Hi-Tech organizations; each requiring innovative design and expert production Responsibilities Provide a high level of customer service support to our Customers and Customer Solution Managers ensuring customer relationships are developed and maintained. Liaise with Customer Solutions Managers/Commercial Manager in preparing new business enquiry forms. Stock Management of re-order levels for Kanban lines for relevant customers. Upload and monitor sales orders on our ERP system (BVP) in a precise and timely manner. Release Works Tickets to Production in line with Customer order requirements. Liaise with external Sales Team and internal teams from Production, Quality, Finance and Warehouse Departments. Any other reasonable duties requested by management. Requirements IT: Proficient IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and capability to adapt to customized systems. Good communication skills essential with daily communication with Customers, Management, Colleagues and Suppliers. Ability to decipher dimensions from Customer Specification sheets. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Have an ability to work in a cross functional team environment. Be available for flexible hours if required.
