Our pharmaceutical client in North Dublin seeks a highly skilled HR Specialist for a 6 month contract, working full-time on-site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and continuously improving HR processes across the organization. Their key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing ongoing administration of all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, resourcing, onboarding/offboarding, talent management & development, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, human resources information systems, and compensation and benefits.
2. Coordinating employee induction and onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
3. Providing inputs to monthly payroll and supporting the resolution of payroll issues in a timely manner.
4. Utilizing HRIS systems, such as Workday, Kronos, and Visier, to streamline HR operations.
5. Updating HR data reports to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
6. Maintaining an accurate and audit-compliant job documentation system, ensuring that up-to-date job descriptions exist for all active roles.
7. Ensuring HR policies and procedures are compliant with company and employment law requirements.
8. Supporting HR projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
* At least 2 years' experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry or role.
* A third-level qualification in HR Management or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
