* Experience working in a customer service role with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
