Quality Improvement and Accreditation Officer
Senior Therapist Grade/Grade VII, Permanent Full-Time position available.
* Lead and manage accreditation and quality improvement processes within the NRH.
* Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement with a focus on external accreditation programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with all staff to promote participation in accreditation schemes.
* Foster a quality culture that prioritizes patient care and quality improvement.
Requirements:
* Rlevant third-level or healthcare professional qualification.
* At least three years' experience in senior quality improvement, risk management, or healthcare audit roles.
* Significant leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Masters degree or postgraduate qualification in quality-related discipline.
