Programme Coordinator
We are currently looking for a Programme Coordinator to join our iheed division, part of Cambridge Education Group.
About the Role
The Programme Coordinator will work with lecturers to ensure students have a first-rate education experience that is efficient, effective and responsive to changing circumstances.
* Development of timetables
* Support of faculty
* Organisation of face-to-face workshops, online tutorials and assessments
The post holder will be in regular contact with students and will require strong organisation and communication skills to work persuasively and tactfully with an international team of tutors and staff.
Job Description

* Act as a point of contact for students, tutors and other members of the team
* Deal with enquiries and provide support
* Work with a team of tutors to ensure the smooth delivery of weekly tutorial sessions
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Support: Act as a point of contact for students, tutors and other members of the team, dealing with enquiries and providing support
2. Tutorial Sessions: Work with a team of tutors to ensure the smooth delivery of weekly tutorial sessions
3. Induction Events: Assist with induction events and prepare information packs for incoming students
4. Learning Support: Sensitively deal with student requests for learning support and mitigating circumstances
5. Reports: Prepare programme reports for iheed and accrediting university committees
6. Marketing: Assist with marketing, as and when required, to promote increased applications and high retention rates
7. Accurate Student Records: Take responsibility for the maintenance of accurate student records, including liaison with the Registrars office of the relevant accrediting university
8. Examination Papers: Organise the receipt, collation and distribution of examination papers between iheed, accrediting University and External examiners
9. Letters and Transcripts: Production of letters and results transcripts to be sent to students
Required Profile
