Marketing Manager – 12 Month Maternity Contract
Cpl Marketing is recruiting for a Marketing Manager with a leading FMCG on a 12 month maternity leave contract in North Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the strategic introduction and growth of the brand in Ireland, promoting it at a B2B level, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a promotional plan for the brand, identifying required resources, associated costs, KPIs, and milestones to position the brand front of mind with consumers.
* Manage ATL and BTL marketing activities across Ireland, contributing to the wider group's marketing function across branding, packaging, NPD, merchandising, sustainability, advertising, sponsorship, and PR.
* Maintain, develop, and drive growth across B2B and B2C digital marketing platforms, including websites, web shops, smartphone apps, and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
* Report on campaign performance and monthly analytics to identify future opportunities.
* Develop marketing communications for both internal and external purposes.
* Collate, present, and disseminate best-in-class consumer insights.
* Organize, manage, and participate in company tradeshows and promotional events.
* Liaise with agencies, customers, suppliers, partners regionally, and marketing, sustainability, and commercial personnel across the wider group.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or a related discipline.
* 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in retail or FMCG.
* Strong team and project management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 per annum.
