Key Responsibilities:
* Perform reception duties, including answering phones and greeting clients.
* Organize and maintain diaries and schedules.
* Complete general administrative tasks such as dictaphone typing, scanning, and filing.
* Prepare legal documents and briefs.
* Handle correspondence and communication with clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
