EMC Test TechnicianTeam Horizon is seeking an EMC Test Technician for a client in Galway.
The EMC technician will be in charge of performing EMC tests on several product lines.
The person will have to understand and respect our clients' Quality Management System and be an active member of continuous improvement.
Why you should apply: Our client has developed a stand-out culture of innovation, inclusion, and development, and consistently features as a great place to work.Excellent contracting rates on offer.They put their people first and live their diversity and inclusion values embracing all perspectives.What you will be doing: Customer interface: Communicate daily the results of tests performed.Technical responsibilities: Ensure the quality of the tests performed and the correct analysis.Verify that the samples and all additional equipment are compliant with the request.Write reports and verify reports from other members.Quality: Respect the processes defined to be compliant with INAB accreditation.Declare any process malfunction with the QRQC tool, and put in place the right corrective actions.Participate actively in continuous improvement.Activity follow-up and reporting.Respect the objectives defined for the setup time.Ensure the delivery of reports on time, at the correct quality level.What you need to apply: Technical Training Diploma/Degree e.g., Electronic Training, Physics & Instrumentation, Mechatronics.Have Technician experience in Electronics / RF microwaves.At least 2 years in EMC testing.Junior technician can be accepted if he/she shows good mindset/motivation.
