We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the payroll team, responsible for managing weekly and monthly payrolls for our ROI & NI retail estate, with more than 2000 employees.ResponsibilitiesChecking hourly paid employees pay is correct against T&A system, and resolve any pay queries efficiently.Liaising with various stakeholders regarding exceptions e.g. paperwork, hours worked, holiday, sick pay entitlementsProcessing payroll data on a weekly basis in an accurate, on-time, compliant mannerCollaborating with the human resources department to maintain employee dataCalculating holiday pay, sick pay and other statutory paymentsProcessing new starters, leavers, calculating salary changes including back pay and pro-rata’s where required, along with calculating final payments for leavers including accrued holiday entitlement.Answering queries relating timesheets, payslips and other payroll mattersQualificationsKnowledge and experience of providing generalist payroll advice at all levelsIn-depth understanding of tax and employment rules and regulationsAttention to detail and strong numeracy skillsThe ability to cope with high value transactions and work effectively towards deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to prioritise tasks effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookKnowledge of Kronos and/or Mega pay would be an advantage.1-2 years of experience in a Payroll Admin or similar roleAdditional InformationThe RewardsFlexible workingCompany pension scheme10% group discount for Health Insurance policyJoin the Fearless1000 Incentive Scheme watch THIS video to find out moreGroup Wide 20% Discount across all Frasers Group brandsBike to work schemeSick leave after a year of continuous service
