Job Title: Customer Service Officer | Banking

The Role
Working as part of a team, the focus of your role will be to support within the branch across a range of operations. You will be knowledgeable and confident in communicating with customers while helping the business provide the best possible experience to customers.
Responsibilities
* Assisting customers in relation to queries and engaging with customers providing updates as well as directing customers to divisions within the branch
* Being point of contact for self-service options and guiding customers through processes at kiosks
* Supporting the Teller team in processing and managing lodgements when required
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a customer facing service role within a banking/retail/hospitality environment
* Passion for outstanding customer service
* Good communication, interpersonal and self-presentation skills with an ability to work as part of a team
* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft tool skills as well as ability to adapt to new technologies
* Completed Leaving Certificate
* Ability to attend in person training induction in March
