About the Project:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new build school development valued at €20 million.
The Role:
* Coordination and supervision of the construction of new build / extension development.
* Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients, and design team.
* Report into and support the Company Director and Contracts Managers.
* Oversight of commercial projects and management of manpower on site.
* Consultation with local authorities and clients when required.
* Management of sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure high productivity levels.
* Supervision of works on site, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
* Planning and coordination of daily site requirements, including labour, procurement, and meeting deadlines.
* Ensuring adherence to company policies, including H&S policies, on site.
* Performance of company compliance and administration procedures, recording site operations progress and performance.
Requirements:
* A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
* A minimum of 6-7 years' proven experience with a Main Contractor in NI or ROI.
* Schools experience beneficial.
* Experience working on projects from ground-breaking to handover stages.
* Strong Trades or Engineering background desirable.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
* Clean Driver's License.
