Hours:
20 hours per week, 4 days in office (Monday – Thursday).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Purchase orders – update / maintain
* Supplier Invoices – approvals and posting
* Annual audit – audit testing/sampling and dealing with auditor queries
* Processing staff and member expense claims
* Quarterly accruals and prepayments
* Maintain Fixed Asset Register
* Monthly credit card analysis
* Monitor accounts inbox
* Annual subs invoicing – prep / reconciliations / batch issue / batch re-issue etc.
* Miscellaneous invoicing – regulation & education etc.
* SAGE reporting, integrations (including woocommerce / Redware / TITO / Stripe) and processing, problem-solving
* Imports & reconciliations – card receipts
Location: 38 Merrion Square, Dublin 2 (in office role)
