We are looking to strengthen our team from 01.04.2025: Deputy IT Manager (m/f/d) Your area of responsibility: Participation in the strategic planning and implementation of the IT strategy Planning, managing and implementing IT projects, including resource and time planning Implementing new technologies to improve efficiency Development and implementation of IT security concepts Monitoring and optimization of the existing IT infrastructure Cost control and optimization of IT expenditure Support in the selection and implementation of specialist systems Organization and implementation of training courses for employees on the use of IT systems and applications or on IT security topics Creating and maintaining documentation on IT systems and projects Ensuring clear communication and documentation standards within the IT team Our requirements: Professional requirements Completed training as an IT specialist - system integration or comparable qualification At least 5 years of experience in the IT sector, ideally in the support of entire IT landscapes Many years of experience in the administration of networks and servers Knowledge of IT security standards and data protection regulations (e.g.
BSI basic protection) Experience in the planning and implementation of IT projects Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g.
