Contract Recruitment for GxP Regulated Industries
We’re currently recruiting for an exciting remediation with a pharmaceutical organization based in Greece. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact in a short space of time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and mentor the QC microbiology team.
2. Develop, validate, and implement microbiological tests (sterility, endotoxin, etc.).
3. Oversee the implementation and execution of environmental monitoring programs in production and cleanroom areas.
4. Ensure proper sampling, testing, trending, and analysis of environmental data to maintain regulatory compliance and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur.
5. Ensure adherence to cGMP, FDA, EMA, and USP standards; review test results and lead out-of-specification (OOS) investigations.
6. Drive process enhancements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Maintain accurate records, prepare technical reports, and support audits and inspections.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology (or related field); Master’s preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of QC microbiology experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
3. Proven expertise in method validation, environmental monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
4. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Familiarity with LIMS and current quality control practices.
