Administrative Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Dublin City Centre North.
The role is a full-time, 2-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Manage correspondence, scheduling, and document handling.
* Assist in organising meetings and maintaining records.
* Handle data entry and maintain accurate databases.
* Support various departments with general office duties as required.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, at least 12 month's experience.
* Leaving Certificate Irish.
* Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
