Hertz Rent a Car is one of the largest and most prestigious car rental companies in the world.
We are currently recruiting a Senior Customer Service representative for our Knock Airport Location.
Primary duties and responsibilities will include: Direct interaction with customers at beginning and end of rentals.
Processing of rentals upon customers arrival.
Counter Sales.
Handing over of vehicles at start and end of rental.
Assisting clients with their luggage and with vehicle controls.
Ensuring all vehicles pre-rental damage is digitally recorded and assigned to each client at commencement of rental.
Checking of vehicle at return of rental for fuel level, damage etc.
Ensuring all vehicle damage is recorded as per company procedure on termination of clients contract.
Issuing of receipts.
Assisting when necessary with parking, refuelling and preparation of vehicles.
PLEASE NOTE: FULL DRIVING LICENCE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS ROLE Whilst no experience is necessary, to be considered for this role, you must be enthusiastic, flexible and committed with a customer focused approach.
Sales or hospitality experience is desirable.
You must have a flexible attitude and ability to assist in all areas of the branch as required.
Pleasant and professional manner is essential.
