The Role
:
1. Act as a first point of contact for customers on all service related enquiries
2. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
3. Providing a professional service by processing all enquiries efficiently
4. Liaise with internal teams to investigate and respond to all client queries raised
5. Assist with the Client Onboarding process
6. Contribute to projects and process improvements as required
Requirements
7. Third level qualification in a Business related discipline (Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Studies)
8. Good communications skills and customer focus;
9. Persuasive, enthusiastic, outgoing nature with an ability to quickly build rapport with customers;
10. Ability to work on own initiative and to strict deadlines;
