Job Summary
The company is seeking a Financial Accountant to oversee office administration and procedures, ensuring organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist in preparation of Monthly Management Accounts & Board Reporting Packs
* Reconcile all balance sheet control accounts including accruals and prepayments
* Manage debtor and creditor relationships
* Prepare Annual Budgets & Monthly Outlooks
* Review costs and implement processes to identify savings opportunities
* Review margins and highlight areas for improvement
* Assist in Statutory Annual Accounts Audits
* Manage Invoice Financing Facility, Returns & Audits
* Monitor and report Cash Flow
* Support Group Financial Controller in building relationships with commercial teams
Requirements
* Qualified ACA
* 3+ years' experience in industry or practice dealing with industry clients
* Ambitious individual with strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
* Experience with several ERP systems advantageous
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
