There is no requirement for a specific qualification in relation to this role, however, it would be desirable for the candidate to be working towards a QFA qualification or be willing to undertake LIA (or similar) examinations and further development.
Duties & Key Responsibilities: Contacting customers with retirement policies that are coming to maturity.
Ensuring that all regular information is checked to ensure compliance with requirements.
Processing customer requests to a high standard.
Ensuring that good working relationships are developed and maintained with business partners internally & externally.
Verifying policies created by outside insurance brokers.
Providing up to date and correct Pension information to customers and trustees.
Skills & Experiences: Strong written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills Have a good knowledge of the life and pensions products/industry.
Ability to understand, react and adapt to change.
You will be able to work on your own initiative and also be able to work as part of team.
Ability to effectively prioritise workloads and work to critical deadlines A Strong understanding of industry regulatory requirements.
