Senior Information Technology Audit ManagerLocation: Dublin, IrelandReports To: Director / PartnerAbout the RoleAs a Senior Manager in IT Risk Advisory, you will lead engagements for top-tier clients, advising on technology risks, IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. You will manage teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to business growth while ensuring the highest quality in risk management services.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & AdvisoryLead and manage complex IT risk advisory engagements for financial services, multinational corporations, and public sector clients.Provide expert guidance on IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.Advise clients on regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, GDPR, SOX, and other industry-specific frameworks.Identify and assess risks related to IT infrastructure, cloud security, data privacy, and third-party risk management.Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and board members.Manage and mentor teams of consultants and managers, providing technical guidance and career development support.Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.Develop innovative methodologies and frameworks for IT risk assessment and assurance services.Business Development & Thought LeadershipDrive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing proposals for IT risk engagements.Build strong relationships with key clients, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor.Contribute to thought leadership by publishing insights on IT risk trends and speaking at industry conferences.Key Skills & Experience6+ years of experience in IT risk advisory, cybersecurity, IT audit, or related fields, preferably within a Big 4 or top consulting firm.Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL), cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST), and regulatory compliance requirements.Hands-on experience with IT risk assessments, IT general controls (ITGCs), cloud security, and third-party risk management.Proven track record of managing large-scale client engagements and leading diverse teams.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex IT risks in a business-friendly manner.Strong business development capabilities, including proposal writing and client relationship management.PreferredProfessional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI risk management, or digital transformation projects.Familiarity with financial services regulations (e.g., ECB, EBA, PRA, MAS, or equivalent regulatory bodies).Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/Auditing, Information Technology, and Quality AssuranceIndustriesBusiness Consulting and Services, Accounting, and IT Services and IT Consulting
