Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of accounts and working collaboratively with the sales team to develop and maintain relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a large number of campaigns and maintain relationships with advertisers to ensure they are meeting their objectives.
* Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts, including entering campaign goals and KPIs associated with CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, etc.
* Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum results.
* Communicate new features and enhancements to our Product team.
* Analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year experience in Advertising Technology campaign management in any online ad platform.
* 1 year of experience in a sales environment or an account management role.
* Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing.
* Fluent Danish language skills and strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Experience working with stakeholders and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office, G Suite collaboration, and presentation tools.
* Innovative and creative mindset with the ability to contribute quickly to problems as they arise.
