Qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE Strong experience in outsourced accounting or financial controllership in practice or industry Experience in a scale-up / high growth company is a strong advantage A passion for improving efficiency through automation and technology adoption Role and Reporting Lines: The Senior Manager will report to the Director of Start-Up Outsourced Accounting and will focus on the delivery of outsourced accounting services, ensuring the highest standards of service for clients.
Responsibilities include:
Client & Market Engagement: Support business development through presentations, proposals, and meetings with advisory and tax teams, as well as external stakeholders like venture capital firms, angel investors, and Enterprise Ireland.
Client Onboarding & Experience: Lead new client onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience through workshops and tailored service agreements.
Service Delivery & Team Management: Oversee outsourced accounting services, leveraging internal teams.
Management Reporting & Insights: Develop bespoke financial reporting frameworks, identifying key KPIs and utilising data analytics tools like Power BI to support client growth strategies.
Financial Forecasting & Review: Provide forecasting and variance analysis, offering clear and impactful insights to founders, investors, and board members.
