Job Title: Receptionist (Part-time)
Responsible to: Sales Brand Manager
Main Purpose of Job:
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist within Connolly Motor Group, Volkswagen Ballina. The successful candidate will be required to work 2 to 3 days a week. The days may be flexible for the suitable candidate.
The role:
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. This will require you to be the face of the Group, welcoming customers, suppliers and visitors to our showroom. The role involves working closely with the Sales, Services and Parts teams.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Focus on delivering a premium customer service
2. Answer any incoming calls
3. Meet and Greet Customers, Visitors
4. Making Tea/Coffees and general upkeep of Reception area
5. Direct customers to relevant department
6. Liaise closely with Sales/Service/Parts departments to ensure customer’s service standards are upheld
7. Administration and filing duties

1. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in reception environment
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Well presented
4. Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
5. Time management skills required
6. Ability to multitask
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email)
