Your New Role
This is a resourcing role with no cold calling to clients required. You will work on established contracts, finding suitable candidates who are actively looking for work.
* Assist with the recruitment of candidates for various contracts across the business.
* Register candidates and screen applications.
* Maintain and update the recruitment database.
* Arrange introductory calls and schedule interviews for candidates.
* Utilize CV databases and format candidate CVs.
* Assist with advertising campaigns.
You will also handle queries and telephone calls, as well as perform general administrative duties.
About Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an extremely driven and motivated individual with excellent telephone and communication skills. They should be comfortable constantly communicating with candidates via phone.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in recruitment or outbound call centre roles, preferably with experience of high-volume outbound calling and working to targets and KPIs.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive starting salary of £25,000, plus commission, bonus, and incentives (with a realistic OTE of £30,000 - £35,000 in the first year).
Our flexible working hours include Monday to Friday, with options for flexitime and hybrid working. This includes 1-2 days of remote work and 3-4 days at our Belfast Office.
