We are seeking an organised, and dedicated Deputy Client Services Manager to join our team. Candidates must be innovative in their approach and take responsibility for the provision of a high-quality person-centred service in line with organisational standards and be committed to the promotion of social inclusion and community participation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting CSM of above locations in the management of several residential services and deputising for the CSM during absence. The Deputy Client Services Manager will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the service and the management of all staff. The DCSM role will also incorporate frontline hours. 104 hours will be DCSM and 65 hours will be Community Support Worker.
Applicants must have/hold:
* A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in the Intellectual Disability sector.
* QQI level 7 in Social Studies, Social Care, Applied Social Studies – Social Care, Applied Social Studies (Disability) or foreign equivalent.
* Full clean Drivers licence.
* Fully competent in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel.
* Must have knowledge of all relevant legislation and HIQA and a proven ability to implement standards and regulations.
* Excellent leadership and motivation skills with good people management experience.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
* Ability to demonstrate a strong commitment to the values of SHS to improve the lives of our service users.
* High initiative and integrity
Desirable:
* Ability to manage budget and delivery of service excellence
* Experience in using a Time Management system is desirable but not essential
* Experience in delivering an individualised client focused service.
* Experience in strategic and local change management.
* Evidence of continuous professional development and training.
* A Qualification in Health or Social Care Management
* Supervisory or Management experience in Social Care.
Salary Scale: Successful candidates will be paid as per the HSE consolidated pay scales in line with required qualifications and relevant experience
