Senior IT Support Engineer Contract
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team in Dublin.
About the Role
This challenging position involves providing advanced Level 3 support for complex technical issues across Windows and Microsoft environments. You will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, leading key technical projects, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 3 support for complex technical issues across Windows and Microsoft environments.
* Manage and maintain Active Directory, including group policies and permissions.
* Oversee the deployment and support of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
* Lead IT infrastructure upgrades and system migrations.
* Develop and implement Power Shell scripts for process automation.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in IT support, with expertise in Windows and Microsoft technologies.
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
* Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
