We are looking for a Bookkeeper / Account Administrator to join our team.
Salary negotiable, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year previous experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Debtor/Creditor Management
· Process electronic payments files
· Posting supplier invoices, matching with delivery dockets/statements, dealing with discrepancies, preparing supplier payment runs, paying suppliers
· Preparing/emailing quotations/invoices/statements
· Posting cash sales/customer deposits and corresponding invoices, recording deposits paid in ledger, chasing debt
· Contacting Debtors for payment
· Prepare Bank Lodgements
· Bank reconciliation
· General office filing and all other job-related tasks as required
· General administration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €25,400.00-€30,000.00 per year
